* 4 cup Rice flour
* 2 cup Mango (Ripe) – pulp
* 1/2 teaspoon Salt
* 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
* 2 teaspoon Fennel seeds (Saunf)
* 1 cup Fresh coconut – grated
* 2 tablespoons Sugar
* Ghee – as required
* Banana leaf – as required

1. mix the rice flour, mango pulp, baking soda and salt in a mixing bowl.
2. Keep this mixture for fermentation for at least 4 hour.
3. Add sugar if you want more sweetness.
