* Salt – to taste

* 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
* 4 cloves Garlic – crushed
* 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
* 1 sprig Curry leaves
* 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
* 1 Dry Red Chilli
