* 1 cup Sweet corn – boiled
* 1/2 cup Onion – finely chopped
* 1/2 cup Tomato – finely chopped
* 1/2 cup Green Bell Pepper (Capsicum) – finely chopped
* 4 cloves Garlic – minced
* 3 tablespoons Butter
* Salt – to taste
* 2 tablespoons Tomato Ketchup – or tomato puree
* 1/2 teaspoon Vinegar
* 1 tablespoon Cayenne Pepper – or red chilli powder (adjust according to your taste)

1. heat a heavy bottomed pan on high flame and add butter.
2. Add garlic and onion and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
3. Then add green pepper and tomatoes and let it cook for another 3 minutes.

6. Add salt, red chilli powder, tomato ketchup and vinegar.
7. Cook for another 3 minutes.
8. Finally add rice and mix it well.
