## Egg Lifafa Paratha Recipe (Indian Style) – Easy & Delicious Recipe

Discover how to make a delicious and authentic **Egg Lifafa Paratha Recipe** with this easy-to-follow recipe. A traditional **Indian North Indian Breakfast**, this dish is **Eggetarian** and perfect for any occasion.

### Ingredients for Egg Lifafa Paratha Recipe:

* 2 Whole Eggs
* 1/2 tablespoon Sugar
* 4 tablespoon Sunflower Oil
* 1 Onion – chopped
* 1/2 Tomato – chopped
* 1 Green Chilli – finely chopped
* 1/2 Red Chilli powder
* 1/2 tablespoon Chaat Masala Powder
* 1/2 tablespoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
* 2 tablespoon Coriander (Dhania) Leaves – chopped
* Salt – to taste
* 4 tablespoon Mozzarella cheese – grated

### Step-by-Step Instructions to Make Egg Lifafa Paratha Recipe:

1. In a bowl add flour, salt, sugar, 1 egg and a little oil.
2. Mix it well, add water and start kneading till it turns to a smooth dough.
3. Keep the dough aside for 20 minute.
4. Take another mixing bowl, add 2 eggs and beat them properly.
5. Add chopped onion, green chilli, chopped tomato, chilli powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, chopped coriander leaves and salt to taste.
6. Now apply some ghee or oil and knead the dough again to make clean dough.
7. Divide dough in equal 6-7 ball.
8. Take one ball, dust some dry flour on it and start rolling it with rolling pin.
9. Apply some ghee/oil on top of rolled dough.
10. Fold from both reverse side.
11. Apply some ghee and fold both reverse side.
12. It’ll be square in shape.
13. Dust in some dry flour and roll out dough again and make a square shape.
14. Put it on griddle on low flame.
15. Put egg mixture in between, add some mozzarella and fold the paratha from both sides and do the same for other side and sealed them completely.
16. Fry paratha from both sides with ghee or oil.
17. Serve hot.
18. Serve Egg Lifafa Paratha along with Dhaniya Pudina Chutney, Tomato Chutney or any other chutney of your choice.
