* 2 Potatoes (Aloo) – boiled and peeled
* 1 cup Button mushrooms – finely chopped
* Salt – to taste
* 1 tablespoon Red Chilli powder
* 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Bread crumbs
* Sunflower Oil – for shallow frying
* 1 teaspoon Sunflower Oil
* 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
* 2 cloves Garlic – minced
* 1 tablespoon Red Chilli sauce
* 1 teaspoon Chilli vinegar
* 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
* 1 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
* 3 tablespoon Water – (adjust)
