* 1 tablespoon Homemade Hoisin Sauce
* 1 tablespoon Red Chilli sauce
* 1/2 teaspoon Honey
* 1/2 Cucumber – thinly sliced
* 1 Tomato – pulp removed
* 1 Red Bell pepper (Capsicum) – sliced

1. pickle the cucumber, cabbage, and tomato with soya sauce, vinegar, chili flakes, sugar and salt in a small mixing bowl.
