* 1 Red Bell pepper (Capsicum) – diced

* 1 inch Ginger – grated
* 2 cloves Garlic – grated
* 1 Tomato – diced
* 1 cup Homemade tomato puree
* 1 teaspoon Honey
* 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
* 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
* 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
* 1 Stalk Coriander (Dhania) Leaves – finely chopped
* 1 tablespoon Butter – softened
* Salt
* Sunflower Oil

1. firstly make tomato puree and cut all the vegetables.
2. Heat oil or butter in a heavy bottomed pan or a Kadai, add the ginger, garlic and onions and saute until the onions become soft and translucent.
3. Once the onions are cooked, add bell peppers, carrots and stir fry on medium heat until they are slightly softened.
4. Add the chicken pieces and cook till the pieces are roasted and cooked well.
5. Next, add diced tomatoes, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, salt, red chili powder.
6. Cook until the tomatoes become mushy.
