* 1 Raw Banana – skin peeled and cut into small cubes
* 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
* 1 sprig Curry leaves
* 1 tablespoon Red Chilli powder
* 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
* 1/2 cup Tamarind Water
* 1 inch Ginger
* 4 cloves Garlic
* 1 tablespoon Rice

1. peel the skin off the raw banana and cut them into small pieces.
2. Keep water over a saucepan and bring it to boil.
3. Add the chopped raw banana, turmeric powder, salt and boil for about 10 minutes.

5. Grind ginger, garlic and rice with little water to a coarse paste and keep it aside.
6. Heat a kadai with oil, add the mustard seeds and allow it to splutter for few seconds.
