* 1 cup Black Eyed Beans (Lobia) – soaked in water overnight
* 2 tablespoons Tabasco Original – Hot Sauce
* 1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
* 1 teaspoon Rosemary
* 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
* 1 Lemon juice
* Salt – to taste
* Sunflower Oil

1. we will cook the soaked black eyed peas in pressure cooker with water for about 2 whistle till the black eyed peas are just cooked.
2. Allow the pressure to release naturally and drain all the water.
