* 2 cups radish leaves – chopped
* 1 tomato – chopped
* 10 dry red chillies
* 2 green chillies – chopped
* salt – as per taste
* 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
* 2 tablespoons oil
* 1 tablespoon mustard
* 1 big Spoon black urad dal
* 1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
* 1 teaspoon asafoetida
* 5 curry leaves
* 3 cloves garlic
* 2 inch tamarind
### Step-by-Step Instructions to Make Radish Leaves Pachadi (Recipe In Hindi):
1. To make radish leaves, first prepare all the ingredients.
2. Heat the oil in a pan.
3. Add mustard seeds, urad dal and fenugreek seeds.
4. Add asafoetida after 10 seconds.
5. Now add green chillies, dry red chilies and let it cook for 15 seconds.
6. Now add tomatoes, radish leaves, garlic and cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
7. Keep it aside to cool down.
8. After cooling, mixer grinder with salt, turmeric powder and tamarind and grind it.
9. Take it out in a bowl.
10. Now heat oil in a tempering pan.
11. Add mustard seeds, black urad dal, fenugreek seeds, dry red chillies and curry leaves.
12. Allow to cook for 15 seconds.
13. Add this tempering to the sauce, mix and serve.
14. Serve pachhadi with radish leaves along with mixed vegetable sambar and rice for the day’s dinner.
