* 1/2 cup Arhar dal (Split Toor Dal)
* 1 teaspoon Coriander (Dhania) Seeds
* 2 Dry Red Chilli
* 1 cup Fresh coconut – grated
* 1 Drumstick – cut into 1-inch pieces
* 1 teaspoon Jaggery – grated
* 3 Kokum (Malabar Tamarind)
* Salt – to taste
