* 1/2 cup Dates – deseeded and chopped
* 1/4 cup Instant Oats (Oatmeal)
* 1/4 cup Cashew nuts
* 1/4 cup Badam (Almond)
* 1/4 cup Dessicated Coconut
* Caster Sugar – to taste (optional)
* 1/2 teaspoon Cardamom Powder (Elaichi)
* Ghee
