* 1 teaspoon cumin
* 1 teaspoon mustard
* 1 sprig curry leaves
* asafetida – a pinch
* 1/4 cup jaggery
* 2 teaspoons red chili powder – or as desired
* salt – oil

1. To make the pungent and sweet amla chutney, first of all, pour the amla in the pressure cooker with a little water and cook till 3 whistles.
