* 300 grams Chicken
* 1 cup Homemade Mole sauce
* 1 cup Brown Rice
* 1/2 cup Sweet corn
* 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
* Salt – to taste

2. Heat a pan with oil, add the chicken pieces and season them with salt, pepper and dried herbs.
