* 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
* 200 grams Chocolate Bar – unsweetened
* 1/2 cup Butter
* 2 Whole Eggs
* 1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
* 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
* 3/4 cup Brown Sugar (Demerara Sugar)
* 1/2 cup Sugar
* 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
* 1/2 teaspoon Salt
* 1/2 cup Chocolate chips
* 1/2 cup Chocolate Bar – chopped to chunks

1. To prepare Chilli Chocolate Cookies Recipe, using a double boiler melt chocolate pieces.
2. Add butter to it and whisk together.
3. Once chocolate melts completely remove from heat and keep it to cool.
