### Ingredients for Dal Fry Recipe:
* 1 कप चना दाल
* पानी – प्रयोग अनुसार
* 1 प्याज – बारीक काट ले
* 2 टमाटर – बारीक काट ले
* 2 हरी मिर्च – बारीक काट ले
* 2 इंच अदरक
* 5 लॉन्ग लहसुन
* 2 बड़े चमच्च कसूरी मेथी
* 1/2 छोटा चमच्च हल्दी पाउडर
* नमक – स्वाद अनुसार
* निम्बू – प्रयोग अनुसार
* हरा धनिया – काट के गार्निश कर ले
* 1 छोटा चमच्च कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
* 1/2 छोटा चमच्च हींग
* 1 बड़ा चमच्च राइ
* 1 बड़ा चमच्च सौंफ
* 1 बड़ा चमच्च जीरा
* 2 सुखी लाल मिर्च
* घी – प्रयोग अनुसार
### Step-by-Step Instructions to Make Dal Fry Recipe:
1. To make dal fry, first wash the lentils and soak them in water for 20 to 30 minutes.
2. Now put the lentils in the cooker with water, salt and turmeric powder as per the usage and cook it till it comes to 5 cities.
3. Lose the cooker and remove the water from the lentils and keep them separately.
4. Now heat ghee and oil in a pan.
5. Add ginger, garlic and green chilies.
6. Let it cook for 2 minutes.
7. After 2 minutes add onion and cook till the onion becomes soft and brown.
8. After softening, add tomatoes and cook till tomatoes become soft.
9. After tomato becomes soft, add lentils and mix well.
10. After mixing, add the water of lentils and salt as per taste.
11. Let it cook for 10 minutes and cook until thick.
12. Now prepare to add tempering to it.
13. Heat ghee in a tempering pan.
14. Add mustard seeds, fennel seeds and cumin seeds.
15. After 15 seconds, add asafetida, dry red chilli and Kashmiri red chilli powder.
16. Cook for 15 seconds and put the lentils in the lentils.
17. Beat the lentils and keep them aside for 10 minutes.
18. Garnish with green coriander after 10 minutes and serve.
19. Serve Dal Fry with Seva Tomato vegetable and Bhakri for dinner.
