* 500 grams Cluster fig (Gular) – unripe
* 1/2 cup Rice – soaked for 30 min
* Salt – to taste
* 2 teaspoons Red Chilli powder
* 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
* 1 tablespoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
* 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
* 1 inch Ginger
* 4 cloves Garlic
* 1 Onion
* 1 teaspoon Green Chilli Paste
* Sunflower Oil – to shallow fry

1. To prepare Gular Ki Sabzi Recipe/ Shallow Fried Cluster Fig, in a steamer, steam unripe cluster figs for 5 minutes or till partly tender.
