* 1 cup Fresh coconut – grated
* 3 Shallots
* 20 grams Tamarind
* 3 Dry Red Chilli
* 1/2 inch Ginger
* 3 Dry Red Chillies
* 1 sprig Curry leaves
* Salt – to taste
