* 1/4 cup White Urad Dal (Split)
* 5 Dry Red Chillies
* Asafoetida (hing) – A pinch
* 20 grams Tamarind
* 2 tablespoons Fresh coconut – grated (optional)
* 1/2 teaspoon Sunflower Oil
