* 1 Onion – sliced
* 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
* 1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
* Salt – to taste
* Water – as required
* 1 Onion – sliced
* 1/4 cup Fresh coconut – grated
* 1 tablespoon Ajwain (Carom seeds)
* 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
* 1 tablespoon Coriander (Dhania) Seeds
* 18 grams Tamarind
* 3 Dry Red Chillies

1. We begin making the Mangalorean Style Kuvalyacho Pollav Recipe (Yellow Pumpkin Curry Recipe) by crackling the mustard seeds, jeera seeds, coriander seeds and then add the sauteed onions.
2. Saute till it is translucent and then add the grated coconut.
3. Saute till it is golden brown.
