* 1 teaspoon Baking powder
* 2 teaspoon Sugar
* 1/2 teaspoon Salt

* 1 Butter (unsalted) – stick
* 1 cup Parmesan cheese
* 1/2 cup Mixed Herbs (Dried)
* 1/4 cup Fresh cream
* 1/4 cup Milk
* 1 Whole Egg

1. first set your oven to preheat at 180 degrees C.
2. Place the oven rack to the lower-middle position.
3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside for later use.
4. In a medium bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and baking soda.
5. Grate 1/3rd of the solid cold butter using large holes of a grater into the flour mixture.
