* 1 कप नारियल
* 1/2 कप हरा धनिया
* 1/2 कप पुदीना
* 1 इंच अदरक
* 2 हरी मिर्च

* 1 छोटा चम्मच सफ़ेद उरद दाल
* 1 छोटा चम्मच राइ
