* 2 Cardamom (Elaichi) Pods/Seeds – pounded
* 1 Bay leaves (tej patta) – torn
* 2 tablespoons Badam (Almond) – boiled
* 4-5 Cashew nuts – toasted
* Salt – to taste (rock salt)
* Ghee – required for cooking
