* 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder – take it out

* salt – as per taste
* 1/2 teaspoon oil
* 1/4 teaspoon mustard
* 1/2 teaspoon white urad dal
* 1 sprig curry leaves

1. To make spinach raita, first heat the oil in a pan.
2. Add cumin seeds and let it cook for 10 seconds.
3. Now add spinach and let it cook on high flame.
