* 1 Green Bell Pepper (Capsicum) – chopped

* 1 teaspoon Sugar
* 4 cloves Garlic
* 1 Onion – chopped
* Salt – to taste
* 1 cup Tofu – cubed

1. garlic, paprika, dried oregano, pepper powder and salt to a coarse mixture.
2. Heat kadai with oil, add in the cubes of tofu and fry them till they crisps up.
