* 5 Green Chillies
* 1 inch Ginger – grated

* 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
* 2 Mor Milagai (Dried Green Chillies) – broken to piece
* Curry leaves – a few
* 2 pinch Asafoetida (hing)
